Realistic New Years Resolutions

Do you think these resolutions are doable? Do you make n stick by your resolutions?

I use to make New Years Resolutions and try my best to keep them. They usually didnt last longer than 6 months though. And coming acrosd this article made be realize that I

have not made any resolutions in a good ten years if not more. I am going to change that though. I am going to make resolutions this time and make them visible daily until I acheive them. Guess I should get started on them, hope everyone has a wonderful new year. Sending light and love to all.
