POLICIES YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

PLACING AN ORDER

Details will be discussed and quotes will be provided on all custom orders. All quotes must be approved by customers. Once approved, an invoice will be sent with the payment details. Invoices will be valid for 7 days from the date created, after 7 days the cost will need to be recalculated. Invoices must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon. Changes can’t be made to orders once payments have been made. Please be sure to triple check all spelling and grammar as I am not responsible for these mistakes. What you write down is what I will use on your design. So please please please triple check everything. Please keep in mind these are handmade items and there will be slight imperfections. In my shop I work with a lot of glitter so even though I take every precaution to make sure the glitter doesn't get on every and anything it does unfortunately happen and I'm truly sorry if this occurs.

ORDER PROCESSING 

If an order is needing to be completed by a certain date, please indicate the date on your order form, This way I can make sure I am able to meet your time frame before committing to be able to fulfill your order. Orders are processed once an invoice is paid in full. Once payment has been received, any materials that needed will be ordered will be ordered. Once I have all the materials needed, work will start on your order. Please keep in mind that orders are processed in the order they are received and various items that I create use unforgiving products that react differently according to the weather causing processing times to vary anywhere from 3/4 weeks. For this reason, I like to stay in contact with you doing the creation process to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome and so you are aware of the status. I prefer to communicate via text or messenger.  Your approval will be required before the final sealed application gets added to any item on custom orders. If I do not receive a response back with approval, then I will only wait a minimum of 2/3 days. Once your order is sealed, dried and cured it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

Custom Items can’t be returned or replaced as they are made specific for an individual and can’t be resold. Items with damage caused by wear, tear, or lack of proper care or an accident are not returnable or replaceable. Any damages caused by wear and tear, lack of proper care, or accidents are not replaceable or refundable.      

 If you purchased a Pre-made item and it needs to be returned, the item must not have any evidence of damage due to lack of proper care. It needs to be returned within 7 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund. Pictures of damage are required. If an item has damages that are no fault of your own, such as damage during shipping, immediately contact me with your name, invoice number, phone number, and pictures of the damage. That way I can  attempt to rectify the situation immediately. Minimal damages may be repairable; must contact me within 24hrs of receiving your item or damage occurs with photos  showing the problems to see if it is something that can be resolved.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Certain handmade items have specific care instructions. This maintains the quality of the handcrafted item. All care instructions are provided with your order as well as on my link tree link (the green starlike icon below)  The following items have specific care instructions; tumblers, apparel, glassware, and tiki torches.

​SHIPPING

Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. You will be provided shipping rates with your quote and invoice.

My shipping carrier is Sendle and only expect packages under  20 lbs. Any package over 20 lbs will be given the best market shipping cost available. Carriers are chosen on their efficiency and carbon footprints.

NATURAL DISASTERS

Due to my location, the Greater New Orleans area. I am at a high risk of being affected by a hurricane between the months of June and November. So I want to make sure that it is known that any issues relating to hurricane or whether related delays are out of control. I will do my absolute best to stay in communication with customers regarding any orders that are in process. Please keep in mind that I could be without power for days or weeks. I will attempt to post on my facebook and website any updates so please check there. As soon as I am able to assess my situation and provide an estimated time your order will be completed I will be in touch with you. Please keep in mind that during times like these, it is extremely stressful so please be patient with me. I thank you very much in advance.
