How do I place a custom order? 

Fill out a Custom Order Request Form with as much information and details you can. Custom Orders should reflect the individual’s personality whom you are giving it to.  Order forms are at the top of the Shop page.

How will my request/message be handled? 

You will receive a response back from me within 24 to 48 hours to set up a time to discuss the details of the order.  Once all details are discussed, I will create a draft of your request as well as  generate a quote. Approval is required. Once approved, you will receive an invoice which must be paid in full before your order can be processed. 

What happens if I need to make changes to my quote?

If for any reason, you change your mind about the details on the quote, then you would just simply let me know in writing what changes you would like to be made. However you would receive another quote as all quotes must be approved.  Once your order is being processed, no changes may be made.

How long before I get my order?

The average turnaround  time is 4-6 weeks. This time frame does vary and can be considerably less but should never exceed this amount of time. This information will be discussed with you before any payments are made and if any issues arise during the creation process you will be notified immediately. The amount of time depends on what materials need to be ordered, how long it takes them to come in, how many orders are before yours, the type materials needed used and if they are weather temperamental, any unforeseen delays etc.

How long is my invoice good for?

Your invoice is valid for a week before the prices will no longer be valid. Providing quotes for 90% of my items allows me to offer my customers the best available prices like sale  prices. We all know sales don’t last long and availability these days can be an issue. 

Why is my quoted price different from the price listed on the price sheet? 

This could be for various reasons: Certain materials could have increased in price, items could be on sale, additional design details were added, if speciality pigments or speciality vinyl colors were added it adds to the final price.  Prices on the price sheets do not give all of the available prices for you each item. It’s basically a standard general starting price. Quotes are always the best price available at that time.

What is basic colors compared to speciality colors?

Basic colors are the primary colors, pastel colors, neutral colors.Speciality means something other than your general basis colors. Speciality can refer colors in which only a hand full of companies carry and usually have to be ordered. Speciality Colors are: Neon colors, Glow in the Dark, Chameleon, Color Shift, UV, Thermochromic, Holographic, Mirror, Opalescent, etc. Speciality Vinyl is any vinyl that is: Opal, Holographic, Reflective, Brushed Metal, Diamond Plates, Animal Print, Abstract Designs, etc

 

Do you offer gift cards?

This is something that is currently not offered. However, I will be starting to have a a variety of ways customers can win items or receive discounts. Stay Tuned for 2023's new marketing  promotions.

How do I make a purchase?

If you would like to purchase a pre-made item listed in my store on my website, simply click on the Let's Chat link at the bottom of the page. Send me a message with a description of the item you would like to purchase. I will then send you an invoice with payment links. Payment options are currently PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
