Having Trouble Losing Weight?

If you are anything like me, you have struggled with fluxating weight since you started your period. I am always in between sizes. However when I got into a car accident in 2010, my weight started piling on. It took me about 2-3 years of changing my diet, creating strict guidelines for when and what I ate, and exercising to finally get to a weight I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, my weight loss had various parts of my body looking funny so I decided to start adding back things I loved. Well to say the least that was the worst mistake I ever made in regards to my weight and health. I gained all my weight back and probably plus some. Now I am suffering with all types of issues and hitting 40 doesn't help either, so now I am looking for a way to lose weight but keep it off for good this time. I have been doing a lot of research on holistic health approaches and I have came across some great information and a few ways that I am interested in trying. So as I am able to afford to these approaches, I will be absolutely investing in these approaches.
