Do you have Baking Soda in your home?

What do you use baking soda for in your home? Maybe in the fridge and freezer to keep things fresh? Do you use it for anything else? Have you ever been told to use it for anything else? If so what and do you do it?

I usually have two boxes of baking soda in my house at all times. I use mine in my fridge and freezer. Are you familiar with those black bugs that come out in the summer in New Orleans that aren't fruition flies but resemble them? Well is you pour baking soda down all your drains and push it down the drain make sure they have some left around the metal part of the drain then pour vinegar down the drain under it stops bubbling so much then run hot water through the drain for a few seconds and those bugs will go away. It helps with white clothes and strong smells, you can mix it into a paste with various other products and create a great face wash but it is harsh though so it's not for sensitive skin. Add it to your homemade cleansing spray too. I also use baking soda and water to clean some Of. my fruits and vegetables as it removes the pesticides from the food.
